You also need to search. You can use
ANY image as long as you crop it. Photoshop and PaintShop Pro work the best.

Hey, go easy on the lad! It really gets on my tits when people say "Use The Search"!! Look at his post count.... 2!! He'll soon get into the swing of things. I bet 90% of the members on Esato failed to use the search function when they first used the site!!

what's the problem? also what phone are you making the theme for? do you know the image sizes for the phone?
here's a great tuturial for T610 themes:
http://members.lycos.co.uk/mosedrengen/tutorial/
to include images in your theme click on the images tab and then click the image you want to add (e.g status bar) then select the image file you made for it.
Hope this helps

while i too hate it when people don't use the search, i don't think that's what @rdnymllnsktr meant this time. i think he was talking about searching for images. @sc_bond - follow the tutorial that @vinnieza posted and do a google image search for anything you're looking for.

If I got it wrong, I kneel and ask for forgiveness :-) Sorry. It does piss me off though. Anyway, my apologies once again!!
