Hey everyone, I new to the board and I just bought a brand new T616, bluetooth dongle and software right away(still waiting to recieve it actually ). I'm Getting rid of my Nokia 3590 and movin on up to SE. I was just wondering what all I needed to send pics, themes, games etc. via bluetooth, and how to do it. Supposedly my dongle includes software, but just in case I D/L'ed Christersson Send File, Float's Mobile Agent. When I download ringtones to my phone, what format do the have to be in, and aprox. how long should they be? Also when I download ringtones and themes, do i need to put them in a special folder of some sort? My phone doesn't include the manual so I'm kinda clueless. Thanks Alot!

welcome to esato......i'm sure u'll find this site to be most useful and pleasant

the t616 supports midi, imy and emy as ringtones....as the phone's memory is dynamic, there's no restrictions on the size of the ringtone file....it'll take on watever u can store in it up to the max remaining storage space u haf left on the phone.....

when u ir or ringtone files, wallpapers, screensavers, contacts, themes etc to the phone, they are appropriately categorised and stored in the respective folders in within the phone...there is no need to create (nor is there any such option) separate folders for this purpose...

hope i'll answered your questions....cheers!!

Ah..! is it possible to create new folders like in nokia, cause my Z600 cannot make new folders, it stick to the ones pre-defined..

well the folder option defintely is good! you could keep your personal data seprately cuase when u shown your phone to meddling freinds they tend to look into each and everything ..That ways i guess nokia did a good job to retain new folder creation options, but then NOKIA Sucks big time...

the only compain i have for SE is the fact that i have to set annual events (aniversary/b-day) each year! i missed the feature in nokia; it will set date automatically each year whan i state that it is an anniversary. over all SE is a great phone though.
