ok i put my headset in pairing mode, then i try to discover the headset, sometimes it finds it sometimes it doesn't. When i do i enter the passcode 0000 and it fails, so i try entering the passcode about 10 times and it never works. Can someone please guide me through. Thanks

I'm getting the same problem. I was able to use the headset for a 20 min call but then it died right after that. Now most calls IF it does work last only a few seconds. I'm wondering if I get a Ericsson Bluetooth headset if it work better?

Have you had any luck?

I'd take it back and try and get another, if it still doesn't work try another make, or you could get them to try in the shop you got it from, they may see somewhere you're going wrong that you haven't noticed. Just an idea. Hope you get it sorted

Aye, I'm going to pass by the store on my way home today. Problem was at the store near my home they told me this only works with the Motorola phones but at another store and on this forum I was told it would work. Hopefully just a new headset will fix it.

Also the sw on my t68 is R2b013, do I need the new sw for it to work with 1.1?

Personally, I too feel that the Motorola bluetooth headset is much cooler looking than the ericsson one. May try getting the former instead of the latter due to the "form" appeal.

Well I went back to the ATT store and switched the headsets and I'm happy to say it works GREAT. I brough it home and charged it up and reset my phone back to the factory settings. I then had the phone detect the headset and it works great now. Not running into any problems and I've made a few calls already. The headset is light enough I'll use it around the house when I need my hands free.

I admit I though it looked builky and wanted the ericsson HBH-15 but after holding both in my hands I find the motorola a lot easier to carry around and by closing the boom I dont have to worry about it breaking off

This will keep me happy till the bluespoon is availble. Thx all for you help.

If your t68 doesn't find your Motorola headset easily/always, try to reset the headset. You have to open its cover for that, but it did help us.

Is it safe to open the cover?

The manual said all you need to do is to plug the headset into the power adapter for 5 seconds for that. But that didnt work for the one I had before I exchanged it.

I assume you should be able to open part of it to change the battery but if it's working I ant going to mess with it

I've just ordered two from Expansys, but they're taking forever and now F*ckExpress has taken over so I suppose I'll get my headsets when something new comes out...
