guys

i have recently observed some problems with my p900...i can't input the letter "i" while handwriting using stylus. but its okay once input using alternate keypad....does this device get infected with virus or is this due to virus activity? I have done a master reset and found it okay..but after sometimes again got the same problem...i have lost all my contacts as well......disgusting right???

please post ur ideas...

No. it's not a virus! My p8 dropped all of my contacts twice! So now I keep a backup on my PC and on the SIM. i is written using handwriting as a line downwards to look like a l and then a dot above it. If u check ur manual it shows u

no..i am very familiar with writing using stylus...but could not make it now..tried several times but with no success. it happens with the letter "i","t" and "x"...

Can be a touch-screen problem, try on jotter or on a paint program to draw as you write.

Or flash the phone.

if its the touch screen, he wont only be having problem with i. i suspect its a bug, or bad letter recognition system in the program. try an upgrade.... if there is one that is...

Finally, i have figured out the cause of the problem. Once I uninstalled Psylic Screen Saver, the problem has rectified. That screen saver is really a crap.
