I have a sony z600 and a hard wired nokia car112 car kit - dealer installed. When a caller speaks they hear their voice echo back and people are now refusing to talk to me! Sony say thre is not a problem with the phone and the installer says the kit works fine with a nokia phone. I have sent the phone back to sony and they sy there is no problem with it. any suggestions?

There is probably no problem with either, just a compatibility issue. The carkit only supports Nokia handsets and, though bluetooth is theoretically universal, any problems you have in connecting the two fall outside the warranty of either. Your best bet is buying an
carkit (fully comptible with both Nokia and
phones and probably most other manufacturers') - although it's a bit of an expense, you'll have to do it at some point unless you want to be confined to Nokia forever
