I can't get the communication software (that came with my T68i) to work with my outlook express on my PC. Does it only work with the "normal" outlook?

it'll work with microsoft outlook... not outlook express... if you look in SE site they say in the FAQ that these programs work with outlook and not outlook express... try it...
