is this what is meant to happen. i installed pc suite etc and then i foloowed the options and manually entered the information in the screen. a popup then comes up saying this applet is not signed. i click ok and then the webpage says "please...wait - checking installtion of service update" but it says that for a good 15 mins without changing. is it dong something or has it crashed?

Happened 2 me b4 also. Make sure u disable ur antiviral and firewall software. I had Norton Professional and it blocked this exact step. When I disenabled it, all went well.
