Hi,

I have tried the recommended settings

pop.ntlworld.com & smtp.ntlworld.com and had no luck.

is it possible to pop3 ntl email form vodafone GPRS on a P900

Hi Beardie,

You've got the pop mail server right, your problem is that you must use the Vodaphone smtp server. The pop server is for receiving mail, which you could do anywhere, but the smtp server will only be for the network you are subscribed too.

If you were on your home broadband or dialup, you would use NTLWorlds SMTP server by default because you are connected to the NTL network, but on your Vodaphone phone you must use their smtp, which is smtp.vodafone.net

Let me know how it goes. I'm having problems with my NTLWorld email using Orange smtp access but that's a vendor problem.
