Just to add to the 39,000 other new posts of mine, are there any applications that allow for charging of a P800 through it's USB cradle like (unless I'm mistaken) the P900 allows.
Thanks, and I promise I won't start anew thread for at least 5 mins.

You can't currently draw power through a USB cable from a PC, if that's what you mean, on either a P800 or P900. Don't know the technical reason, but I guess it's something to do with USB, as I seem to remember my Nokia 6210 charged through the serial port, when connected.

there is a usb cable that allows you to charge a nokie phone from the usb connector, you can get an adapter that converts the nokia head, to a sony ericsson head, so that you can charge it from nokia chargers and chargers that fir the nokia, will also work on the sony ericsson products, however, nokia chargers come with codes like 7x, 8x, 9x and stuff like that i think, just make sure that the Amps is smaller or the same otherwise it'll damage the battery in the long run.

the p900 and p800 cradles dont allow charging unless the charger is attached. SOftware cannot magically rewire hardware. The reason behind the power out from the USB is unconnected in the cradle this is to allow the cradle to work properly even when attached to a HUB. However if you open it up have a look you can re route the wires to power the charger nodes on the cradle.
