> p900 language problem

hi, I bought a p900 in belgium and i have a little problem:
my phone does not support the dutch language, I tried installing the dutch language i found at SE.com but that won't work.
updating my phone won't work ether, when i try to upgrade my phone it stops at checking the device or something, on the computer i use at school it shows a frame where I cvan download it but the problem is I can't use my cradle there:(
could anyone help me please?
