I very often get a message \"too many files.delete some...\" So i was wondering what's the maximum number of files that can be stored on t68i?

It happened to me couple of times. And every time i had more than 30-40 kb free memory. Maybe there is a size limit for each category of files in the phone?
Eg. Pics,sounds,themes...?

there is another thread here "
Max Number Of Files On T68" but that doesn't give an answer and I checked the

developer forum and the white paper but no clues there. I have also seen it once myself when I had the T68i and have seen it mentioned a couple of times in other forums.
In all cases people reported having sufficient free memory available.
In the other thread I mentioned above the person had 315 files so it would be interesting for you to count your number of files Ivan to see if it compares.
You could also try what was suggested there and delete a big file and add a small file, then attempt to add another small file and if it works then it would seem that the limit is indeed not files but memory

I looked that old thread and counted my phone memory: i have 83 pics,72 ringtones (3 are recordings),6 themes,6 mms's and 6 mms templates. And i have 120kb free memory. That's 173 files. The guy in that old thread, Fahed i think the name was,had 315 files. Maybe there's a size limitation for each folder, pics, sounds, mms templates... I dont know.
