You can use VNC for UIQ to do this, you'll need a fixed IP on your PC. You can download it free from MySymbian.

You use internet (gprs) to connect to your PC (as a server).
You do that by using a FTP software like for example FTP800 :

But it not really easy to make it functionning and certainlly not really fast (GPRS is only 28.8 kbp maximum)

There are even software that allows you take a picture with your webcam and send them to you... others shows you what is on your screen.
