Greetings,
I downloaded Agile Messenger and it works however all contacts are offline and never come online which is very annoying and defeats the point of the program completely.
Is there something wrong? I dunno what to do and they have no support pages or help files so really I'm at a loss.

I appear to have the same problem. It worked ok the other day. I wonder if MSN have changed the way their system works.

This doesnt seem to be the same problem. We can log in ok but it wont show anyone as being online. Its probably Agile being rubbish as MSN Messenger on the PC is fine.

same problem here with msn. Agile is perfect with ICQ. I'm trying JMSN nowadays and it seems to be fine. It is not free though.

I find Agile Messenger quite buggy for version 2.0.
- Some MSN contacts appear online some offline when you can see from PC that they all are online. They even send you messages and you can't reply because Agile says "contact is offline".
- ICQ contacts receive my messages as unreadable garbage, some special characters for text formatting in some weird ICQ internal format.
- Why can't they implement a tray icon so you can see then you got a message.
- Product doesnt have any documentation and their website doesnt have any information.

most of the time agile messenger shows my MSN contacts but on occassional it doesn't but I find if I disconnect and then reconnect it shows them correctly again
edit: hmm.. although trying it today no one is showing online regardless of what I do even though I know my wife is online...

Looks as if we are all in the same boat. Its a saucy little prooblem indeed, saucier than a Hienz factory in fact, but we can jolly well solve it. A round of sandwiches, a sing song and a large flask of tea are all we need. A quick whip round of the old grey matter and we will have this licked. Then its a chorus of huzzahs, a quick Yorkshire and a good old slap of the knee.
