Just wondered if anybody has signed up to this and if it is worth the money, How long does it take them to replace a mobile?

Took 4 workiing fays for me, got it back with latest image.
Quite satisfied.
Very little hastle, only downside is having to wait 10 minutes in the telephone queue.

Dropped my P900 on a Monday, screen broke (3 foot fall onto carpeted floor).
Phoned O2 about lunch time, waited 10 mins in a queue as well
New phone delivered pm the next day.
Can't complain (except for the 10 min wait and the 1/2 hour on the phone while they sorted all the details out).
FYI O2 gold insurance.
