Are the a WGA cam on the Z600?
And, kan i find a WGA cam on Z600 if i hawe the new SW?

no, the Z600 does not have a VGA cam and no, its not possible to change its hardware CIF resolution to VGA by changing firmware.
The firmware in the T630 can interpolate the pictures from CIF to VGA but the results are not brilliant
