Hiya mates... M using a P8 for a year now and bought another fon to play around w/ w/c is the T230... One thing I didn't notice was that it does not have an IR/BT...

I have downloaded several themes for the T230 using my PC and would like to upload it to the T230 however I have a dilemma:
- my network operator has blocked all access to other wap sites... thus I could not log-on to wapsites not of my carriers'.
- I uploaded all the themes to my P8 and using a File Manager (Symbianware) tried to send the .thm file via MMS HOWEVER when I highlight the theme, there is no option to send it as a MMS message...
- would the cradle for my P8 work on the T230?

Any ideas guys? Is there a cable that I could buy just so that I could change the lame theme? Thanks in advance.

is there anybody here in Esato who's using a T230 on a Globe sim card and could access APN: internet.globe.com.ph to browse other wap sites... please teach me how you guys were able to do this... I've never had this problem before w/ my P8! Its so frustrating! All I want to do is change the lam pre-installed themes... that's all! GRRRR!!!

you can't use internet.globe.com.ph if you're on globe prepaid

Just buy a Smart or Sun prepaid sim & access/download themes thru this wapsite

am using a postpaid subscription w/ globe... my sim works well on other units... I could browse the web just fine... dunno y it wont work on my handset... I even tried the CSD setting from sonyericsson support... but to no avail as well... =(

are you sure you have the correct settings...if yes you need to call Globe csr to ask them why is your sim isnt working w/ that phone.

nope =(... all I saw was "Proceed" and no option to save... I viewed the "Info" and saw that the message is 0 Bytes in size! weird huh!

Btw I used the pre-installed file manager of SE P900, not that made of Symbianware, to send the file via MMS. =(
