dunno, I am happy to keep those apps installed.
I just had a thought though. didn't those apps come on the supplied CDs? (don't have mine with me at the mo)
if so you could try installing them again so that they appear in the uninstall list and then you can uninstall them from there which presumably would fix your problem.
I'm just guessing here but worth a try
