Seeng as my first theme is now available, and people are downloading it, I was thinking of doing an Esato P900 theme as my second.

What do you guys think of this (particularly Laffen)?

Dude, just make the theme. I seriously doubt laffen will have a problem with it. I'll go one step further and assume that laffen would appriciate it greatly if you made an Esato p900 theme.
