i tried to update my p 900 software and i followed instructions and when i downloaded exe file and i opened it - nothing hapens !
any idea ?

I have the exact same problem. Nothing happens, no update, no screens nothing. Software gets install to my PC but thats it!

Ye they know it, but the process gets stuck in the middle right after this stage as they describe and many more.
I wonder if SE has some tecnical difficulties.

Click at the screen and choice properties. Copy line address (URL) and close screen. Open web againt and paste copied URL into address bar and press "go". And now you can do update.

This is what is happening for me.
I download seus_setup115.exe
I run seus_setup115.exe it says its installing then I get this error.
The procedure entry point CompleteCreateSysmemSurface could not be located int he dynamic link library DDRAW.dll
So I click OK then a little box with the SE comes up I click OK it says its installing se update service, I go through Intro, Select Destination, Pre-install summary, Installing, Install complte. Its syas its complete then that is it. Nothing else happens. No icons to click no shortcuts, what do I do????????

when u in update window, it is a window have no menu bar, address bar. This window do nothing. But a web browser window, which have menu bar, address bar can run update without problem. When u run update, it use the first kind of window, so if u run it in the second kind of window, u have to know its URL address. U can find that URL at "properties" of the first window (or by anyway u can). Then u open a web browser window, which have menu bar, address bar. Type this URL address to the address bar. And then u can do update without problem.
If u still can't understand, send me your email address, i will send u screen capture when i did update
