My new t610 arrived today, however I have a problem.
The charger has been plugged in for an hour or so now and there is no sign of it charging. It doesnt switch on at all, and there is no heat coming off the charger or the battery or anything...
When the back cover is off, the battery doesnt seem to be staying in too well. If I hold the phone upside down the battery falls out.

Is the power switched on at the wall? Before you send it off just make sure that you're trying to charge it correctly. BTW does the charger say that it's made by DELTA?

Yep! Checked it on several occasions, in different plug sockets and eveything... deffinetly in the right place, checked with book, plus its the only place it can actually fit. I did read something about delta chargers, however I checked and I cant remember what it was now, but it deffinetly wasnt Delta.
