> Music player is acting strange

Hey guys,
I wonder if anyone here have the same experience as I with my music player.
Consider this scenario...
1. I have screen saver set to 1 minute
2. screen saver is using an animated gif that comes with the phone (foot prints).
3. when i play a song and when it gets to 59 seconds, song stops & starts for a few seconds, then once the animated gif is in place, song continues to play. This applies to both flip open & closed.
I wonder if the unit is trying to kick off the animated gif at the 1 minute mark, thus causing the song not to stop/start.
When I use a non-animated screen saver (a regular picture), this situation does not occur.
Please try it out and let me know if this happens to everyone out there.
Thanks,

Hey, I think this is a simple case of the music jumping a little as it also uses the processor to process the animated gif. Just like if you are playing something then try and load a larg application such as Oprea. Or like your home PC will if you load loats at once while listening to MP3s.
Basically the P900 has limits like any other computer device.
Your next chalenge is to load enough to make it crash... Easy.
Enjoy your jittery music.

imanuk,
Thanks for your quick reply. That is what I thought actually. I just wanted to check if this is a normal behavior and not just my unit.
cheers!
Some additional info here for everyone...
There are three aninmated gif come with the phone (fly - 22k, gears - 28k & tracks - 33k). The jittery only happens for the tracks.gif and not the other two. you wouldn't think a few Ks would over-work the processor

I charge my phone up every night when I go to bed, so conserving battery is not really not an issue for me. Beside, the animated thing is kind of COOL.
