> O2 payg free GPRS and Opera Solution:
Bookmark topic
Right... there seems to be infinite bother abt opera and free payg gprs... The facts: it worx How: Use the settings O2 sent u with the following changes: In the proxy tab tick use proxy and put in 193.113.200.195 as it and 80 as the port. This means you can access @o2.co.uk pop3 (none other'n that) AND opera! if opera doesn't work at first, try
www.o2.co.uk in it. once that's loaded, so should everything else!

This trick works fine with my PocketPC and T68i over Bluetooth after I put in the proxy settings. Quite fast, too. Thanks for the tip.
Edited: It also works fine with my laptop over Bluetooth too... since I'm in hospital at the moment I did have no means of Internet access apart from paying Orange £4 per Mb. At least with this O2 thing, I can check e-mail and websites without spending loads of money.
