Like a fool i tripped up when getting out of the car, and had my T68m in my hand (screen side to palm).
Result - The Volume control/ slider broke off
- Dodgy white speckles in the center of the lcd screen (i guess from me putting my weight on the phone when i landed!?
Thank god i've got Carphone WH insurance...but im wondereing 2 things.
1 - will they send it off for 560000 years to get it fixed, or give me a new one on the spot?
2 - would i be able to pay the difference and get a T68i? Fed up of the T68m....too many problems!!
Any advice would be much appreciated.

i guess you can ask them to fix it & tell them the bad encouters with your t68m ... ad ask them to either fix it or replace another new set for you ...

Yeah, i will...they should replace the handset really...cause it's got loads of scratches on the back rubber cover and side (near the slider).
I'm gonna try and upgrade to the i...cause the m (currently) is just so pants!!!
Crashes, hanging...blahhhhhhhhhhhhh

my t68m R2B use to hang alot... but aft i switch off the GPRS and use only GSM the problem ease alot... it does not hang so ofent.... but i repetly brought it back to SE and they replace it twice... for me... recently i am not very free therefore i did not go down ... gona give them hell once i am free.......

yeah! give em a hard time! I'm not very happy - they told me (3 different people) that they had the new MMS upgrade software in 3 TIMES! - i went down, guess what?- they lied.
GRRR!!!!!!!!
I hope they dont send it off..i'll be stuck with a crappy moterola then for 2 weeks. Nooooooooo!
