just a few questions. If my p800 was lost and reported as so, what blocks/restricitions would the network put on the handset? I know that they would block the sim card, but someone recently told me that they can actually block something on the phone itself. Does anyone know what this block is and how to lift it, if it is possible. cheers for you time guys and girls

Network providers can block the IMEI number of the phone.
This can be overcome by changing the IMEI number is illegal in some countries.

But if you've lost the phone why would you want to unblock it?
