es, it's a good question without any answer.... nobody knows what software can convert wav or mp3 to amr and amr to wav or mp3 ???

You can vew it with the
mms home composer, it on there site
it allows you to convert from many formats to amr and view amr if put in the library of the installation software (i.e copy the file to the directory which has the demo sounds where the software is installed

There is an AMR converter from MIKSOFT at
www.miksoft.8m.com. It can convert amr to wav, wav to amr and more. It is using the Sony Ericsson AMR converter for the conversion. I hope that i helped.
