its just mobile.msn.com not
www.mobile.msn.com
can't help you with O2 except to say that Opera requires a GPRS internet connection and won't work with a GPRS wap connection

It seems some web servers and/or web apps tell you you don't have cookies turned on even though you really do. They seem to use other data (possibly browser type) to infer that you don't have cookies on or to decide that they don't want to server you.
For example, my bank web site claims I don't have cookies on when I access it from P900-based Opera even though I know they are turned on and accepted by the P900. AND when I access the same web site from a PC-based Opera browser, the same thing happens. From which I conclude (most likely), the web site doesn't really like Opera, and the cookies error message is just a red herring. So I think you may be barking up the wrong tree trying to get cookies turnd on when you already have them on.
