Need help. How do I go about viewing and editing my files?

goto handango and download quick office. It has an excel app included, I expect Quick office is discussed here somewahere so for more info on it do a search on "quickoffice".

Just for completeness - to view (not edit) most file types goto sonyericsson.com and download stellnet viewer.
