Hi, my T610 is blocked on the hourglass, since I opened de case and the battery disconected, while charging.
Since then, when I want to turn the phone on, I only get the starting sound, then the hourglass for 20 seconds, then a black screen and the hourglass again...
Here in Belgium, they tell ma the send the phone in a technical center. Ok, but I'll be without the phone for a few weeks AND what if it happens again after that ?
Is there any way to reset the phone ?
I already tried :
- removing the battery for a while
- the 13 seconds reset on the on/off button
- leaving the phone on for a long time (keeps "blinking" with the hourglass)
I believe the only thing would be to find a terminated cable (where) to reset the phone.
Any clue someone ?

Of course I tested it, I used it for 7 months before this problem.
It's still under waranty, so yes, I should return it, but who says the problem wont happen again. I feel it not fair from SE that there no possibility to make a real reboot of the phone. You wouldn't accept that for a computer. Imagine having to return your computer to the store when it freezes !

If you at all have access to flash your phone, then do this. It will fix the problem.

Yes, it's the conclusion I also came to. Unfortunately, I don't know yet where to find THE cable and the flash programs. I believe I'll find clues somewhere here...
Thank's
