Hello,
I saw on this forum that you can download
the T68i Theme Editor, my question is: "Is it safe?"
Who has tested this programm?

It's safe, but a little difficult to use. Use the online version where you can see the outcome of the theme.

beside, it can creats theme files (*.thm) but it can not open them.

You can open the .thm files, if you want to.
Just rename them to e.g. .rar,..and open with winrar.
But theres no point in opening them,..they are made in the right format (thm),..can be uploaded directly to phone after you have created them.
Thats the really good thing about the Theme Editor,..it makes the themes in the correct thm.format. So you dont have to do anything
