Yes I know before I get shouted at for not using the search!!!
Just a quick question.
If I do a on line update of my P900 will loose everything i.e. ring tones pix programs?
If I do a full phone back up first and then reinstall the back up will this be ok? and give me back all my stuff?

yes, you lose everything but the online updates offers you the chance to backup first and restore afterwards so you are covered
