How do I enter those special characters in a phone number for something like a voice mail system ... "wait for input" and "pause"? On other phones, I was able to enter the phone number, a pause followed by a userid and a #, then the password followed by a #.

U can enter a puase by pressing long "star" (*) after a number for an interior or for a robot ...
