Is there any way to have the phone remind you of important birthdays the week before they occur ? That way you dont forget the wife's present and get beaten up ! I know you could manually put in an appointment but automatically would be good.

yes, when you tick the alarm field the time and date for the alarm pops up underneath so just click each one to set the time and date you want
