> P900 E-Mail Push
Bookmark topic
In the latest edition of 'mobile choice' magazine, in the UK, there is an article concerning Blackberry technology coming to the P900. The article says that 'Research in Motion', the company who created the technology to 'push' e-mails to Blackberrys instead of having to connect to one's server to check for e-mail, is to make that very technology available on mobiles, the first of which will be the P900.
Does anyone have any more information on this?

yeah but that's a waste of bandwidth, regardless of the potential 14 minute delay

Do you find that actually works? My P900 is supposed to get mail from two different ISPs every thirty minutes and it succeeds if I'm lucky twice then just gives up for the rest of the day.
This could be something to do with Orange, but if I hard reboot the phone, it works the next time.
Anyone who reliably gets their e-mails every 30 minutes or more often, on Orange?
