I have a P800 and a CD with answerphone voice files on it. How do I get one of these files as my Orange answerphone message.

The best I've been able to do is play them on your PC and hold your mobile near-ish the speakers.
There must be a better way cos the quality is kinda poor

Wave sound = .WAV before anyone asks!
I would agree with Chuckie Egg, there must be a better way.
Any other ideas anyone?

Nope. U record the greeting via the microphone on your mobile.

If you can load it onto the phone as an amr file then you could just play it from your phone while your on the phone to the answering machine. (Like you do with sounds recorded in sound recorder)

What about a conference call?
Call 123 and then whatever-whatever to get to your OGM settings, then (using another handset) play the sound file?
You wouldn't be able to use the Px00 as the other handset, but I'm pretty sure Series 60 phones can play sounds while in a call.
Not the best solution maybe - buying a 7650 just to set your answerphone message!
