Has anybody got any experience with one of these or got any information on them.

I've been toying with the idea of the SE HBM-30 and HPR-20... but
this appears to offer the best of both worlds.

Any feedback would be appreciated.

at £196.95 its almost double the cost of the HBM-30.

if it really worth that much difference? (I've haven't compared all the specs on both)

From what I've read you need to buy an additional peice of kit for the HBM-30 just so you can connect to your PC, I couldn't beleive this isn't provided. Can you confirm if this correct?

Although almost double the price it comes with USB cables to connect to the PC and it's an FM Radio also.

yep, I just had a look at the product specs and the manual and it does appear that there is no cable. mind you for 20 pounds these days you can get a USB memory stick adaptor

I did miss the bit that it had a radio though so that might make a difference though personally I never listen to a radio when I have my own music with me

That's what I thought... so the extra £90 gets you the cables and a radio.

Still not made my mind up to be honest.

Do you know specifically what kit it is you need to go with the SE one?

any memory stick adaptor will be find since the duo that comes with the HBM-30 should come with an adaptor to make it normal memory stick size

ah, now there is another difference. The HBM-30 only comes with 64mb duo whereas the other one gives you 256mb from the start.

I still think its better to buy an iPOD btw

I-Pod is more expensive all round, doesn't double up as a hands free kit, not bluetooth compatable and most importantly... The battery is irreplacable so when it starts underperforming due to old age you have to buy a whole new I-Pod.

I was thinking of the newer ones where they supposedly have fixed that problem, you could still buy a normal bluetooth headset for 50 pounds. anyway I guess this isn't part of your original thoughts so perhaps I should not distract you from that

I like Bluetooth toys.

As soon as I get some feedback on the product I might be making a purchase as it has pretty much eveything I'm looking for and it's reasonably priced.
