cant believe theres no one. I want to download uodated software cus I cant get my pc to recognise my p800. Is it possible to use a different bt dongle brand's software instead? if so, anyone got any recommendations?.

I'm taking a guess that your cambridge one is a microsoft dongle.

There are ways to do it, but you need to hunt around to fix it
