@Masseur

Jesus, how do you keep your hands from round peoples' necks? I think you've showed remarkable restraint!

Can't this be stickied, or displayed in enormous letters on the home page? Or sent as an SMS to every P900 on earth?

well fortunately I am fairly tolerant and patient and I guess that helps me be a good mod (I hope)

it is mentioned in the Answers to the most common questions on Esato Forums (FAQ style) which is a sticky but wherever it is put its a matter of getting people to

a) read it
b) believe it

The 128mb memory stick/memory stick DUO has been out for several years and its a well known fact that it has a design limitation of 128mb. If they could have increased the standard memory stick/memory stick DUO they would have because it increased in leaps and bounds until it hit that limit. This is why Sony came up with the DUO pro. Even on their http://www.memorystick.com site they list only the DUO as being compatible with P800 and P900

masseur, i read u've been tryin' the duo pro after firmware upgrades. i'm quite curious, 'cause i have once tried duo pro media from the DSCT1 and i couldn't even fit it in the slot. the connectors' sizes were somewhat diff. well maybe i didnt give it such a hard try

p.s. tried it on the p900
