do you have a backup w/ outlook?
make a "FORCE" synch w/ XTND & outlook w/ the settings of outlook overwriting mobile phone records.
=======
blank entries means corrupted phonebook. if you're turning on your phone, make sure that you don't access the phonebook for about 10-15 secs after turning the phone on.
blank entries happens when you access the phonebook while reading it (it says please wait) then you happen to cancel the operation by pressing the NO button.

Try switching the display view from first name to last name then back to first name or vice versa.

If the numbers are stored on the sim it's just a matter of copying from sim in order to restore them.

Ya my T68 decided it was time to wipe my phonebook a couple of months back. I was actually adding a name into the book, when the phone froze. Reboot and the phonebook was corrupted.About 75% of my phonebook had the names but the numbers were blank.
Was thinking if some portion of the RAM was screwed. The animation of the SE logo at the beinging hadn't worked in a few months, and now this. Anyways, master reset had the phone working like new (first master reset in 2 years).
Ya, and I din't have a back up of the damn phonebook
