I just phoned my local Service Centre here in the UK to ask about the new software update, only to be told that as far as they're aware the software isn't going to be released anymore.... I mentioned that it still says on the site about 'Week 21' and they told me that the last time they spoke to Ericsson was a couple of weeks ago and that's when they were told it wasn't being released!
So then I phoned Ericsson who told me it IS being released but it won't be for another 4 weeks!!!!

The rest of the world including european countries will have it end of june

I went into the carephone warehouse last week and they told me that it will be availiable this week, im not sure if this is true, but thats what the man said !!! He said it would cost £30 !!! I was outraged !!!

that we can't get it for free, as we paid so much for the handset in the firstplace !!!
