It exist and it CAN be enabled but I don't have equipment for that, I only have service cable.

I can find file for enabling this menu here:

http://downloads.cellular-sup[....]ALL_Models_Channel_Menu_ON.zip

but can't find any instruction for which software and hardware to use with this file.

Channel Monitor exists for T68, but can't be enabled without "special" equipment.
