I've tried downloading the Mobile Phone Monitor software from clunsonyericsson.com but it always gives me an error "CAPIINSTALL" or "setdbgout.exe not found" shows up ALWAYS. The FMA version is of no help since most of the main buttons are greyed (shaded) out. I bought a data cable for my T68i phone but I need this software in order for it to work. Can someone offer a suggestion please? I really need it.

Welcome to esato.

It sound strange that the buttons are greyed out. Are you sure that you have the latest version FMA 0.11 BETA

Thanks for the welcome. I'm sure I had this exact version (I've downloaded so many of those FMA versions) but the same thing keeps happening. The main buttons are greyed out, I can really only connect/disconnect. I notice that it recognises my phone as 56000, and it's also saying SIM card not found, emergency mode activated. How can I get it to work properly and recognise my SIM card?
