I purchased the licence key for Smartmovie yesterday but my player tells me it's invalid. There seems to be no way of contacting the supplier directly(pdassi). I have emailed lonelycatgames but so far there has been no reply. Has anyone else had this problem or know a way of contacting pdassi directly. any help would be appreciated. Before you ask i checked the IMEI i gave them about 50 times before i sent it.

The developers at Lonelycatgames normally answer pretty quick (within 30 min.) so perpaps because of easter, it takes them a little time longer, cause the office is closed. In my experience, they're really helpful. Patience is a virtue....

Yeah, I got the same problem because my IMEI was wrong on Handango.
They sent me the right code for my IMEI *very* quickly, so I'd guess they're taking the weekend off!
Don't be tempted to get a cracked version from Yahoo groups. A guy at work uses cracked versions for longer evail periods and has nothing but problems with his phone/software.

Gonna give it a couple of days and see if i get a reply.......if not i may be forced to go for the cracked version, i've paid for it anyway so it's not like i'm cheating the developers.
