Do you think this is a good deal for a P900 ?

1 month old, 1 previous owner.

Unlocked Sim free mint condition
All accessories included with original box.

£300 ?

I looked at one today and it had a T-mobile theme on it ( previously a T-mobile phone ? ) and the operator was Vodaphone ( so it had a Voda sim in it - locked to it ? how do i check ? )

What do you think ? it was in my local shoppin precinct, in a small phone shop.

It's not a bad price, but it's not great.
T-Mobile did use to lock their handsets, so if it had a Vodafone SIM and was working you can assume it's been unlocked. Vodafone dont lock their handsets in the first place.

Check the seller out... what happens if it goes bang, or doesn't turn out to be "mint" after all?

Well it was a pretty clean and honest phone shop, and the staff were pretty helpful.

I think it just seemed a little ' iffy ' that it had a T-Mobile theme on it, and Vodaphone as the operator. There was no T-mobile or vodaphone branding on the actual casing, and the box was just a SE box with no operator sleave or logo's on it.

The phone itself looked mint, apart from the obvious finger prints on the screen where people had been touching it instead of using the stylus.

How can i tell if it is unlocked ? where do i look in the phones menu ? im going back in a few days to have another look.

Also, is unbranding the phone ( removing all operator logo's, themes etc ) a problem on the p900 ?

Any help is VERY much appreciated.
