> Memory Duo - 2 questions

I know the size of the memory duo had been asked many times over regarding 128M or higher.
Here are my questions...
1. has anyone successfully used 256M or higher without making any internal modifications (ie. Fat32 to...?)
2. what is the cheapest online price for 128M in the US?
