What is firmware and what does it do?
How/can i upgrade it on my T610?
How do i sync my phone to my pc via bt?
I need free ringtones but i dont have i-net enabled how do i get some free polyphonic ringtones?

Your firmware is the software on your phone. This as with pc's etc will make your phone run better if you have the latest FW. Basically from what you miught have now and the latest one, the java will be faster, it will crash/slow down less often and little changes will be made.
You can go to your nearest service centre to updtae this and it should be free under warranty.
Set your wap up or get data cable, BT dongle or IrDA Dongle for last Q.
