> T68i's message alert tone
Bookmark topic
Guys, I'm a new and proud owner of a T68i. However, I noticed that Sony Ericsson has removed its "signature" message alert tone, or does it? Sony Ericsson also claims that message alert tone could be personalized. Is this true? If it's true, could you help me find it in the menu? I tried scouring the phone but to no avail. Your help would be highly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

You probably got a bit confused (too excited with the T68i?). This post should probably be in the
General Forum instead of the
Mobile phone free zone

@stonebolt, what i understand is it is no longer available in 'i' and those 'm' that would be upgraded with mms firmware.

Thanks arnoldc. But how can I change my message alert tone? SE claims that it can be personalized.

I know its so quiet...i never hear sms messages on my phone until i take it out of my pocket. Is there any way we can "download" the old back or get it back on the phone somehow?????

No. It was said before. I find the tone annoying and cheap sounding. I want the old one back. Has the click also changed to next to nothing? Why do they spend so much time messing with things that worked fine!
