Hi ... Looking at the treads and kindly ask you to stop calling the Flashpoints and MobileShops every hour. They are not responsible for the delay. The best way of pushing it is to communicate to the people in Sony Ericsson ... The Norwegian National Account mgr are Mats Nevelius
mats.nevelius@sonyericsson.com and is also reachable by phone - according to this link
http://www.digi.no/d2.nsf/frames/per20010622091438psto55477225
Please follow up with results and other countrys Account mgr

Hi guys,
I don´t think this is a good idea it will only add to the confusion since nobody at SE has a clue about when, how and why the upgrade will be released in which country. The product manager Alksten did not know why the upgrade would not be released in Sweden at the same time as in Denmark!!!
I guess that the release of the upgrade has something to do with the moon being in a certain position relative to Jupiter and Venus while it is snowing in Sahara at the same time. Asking SE when this will happen then you end up with all the answers we have from them already. From what I understand the conversion program is already on emma 2 but you need a special hardlock to access the sw. After the conversion you load the latest t68i program into the phone.
Come to think about it, I guess snow in Sahara will only be during night in Europe so the chance of upgrading in Europe may not be so great...
Cheers

No,
I agree with Havardot. Complain to SE, you may not get any more information but at least they will have an idea of the negative PR they are generating.
If no one complains how will they ever know they are pissing people off?

Ermetek,
thanks for posting that. This press release clearly states that the T68 will support MMS without any mention of it being dependant upon network support.

It seems that danemark is testing country, our friends from there will get it first but with a big risk to have their phones bugging, now why SE needs 1 month to see if there are bugs? It can take only 2 weeks to finds bugs not 4 weeks!

>>vegetaleb
They already had their own Beta testers out, so I really dont think that Denmarks is some kind of Beta testers!!

??? ... and the reason of the whole delay is the fact that they were eliminating bugs. No more testing!
I would be glad to actually use the terminal on my own MMS material - and unfortunately my budget doesnt have room for buying terminals more than once.
