Hey guys, as stated above, i would like to do that, or buy a cell phone, then unlock it....any tips on where or how to do that? And btw, i'm outside the US country, so any tips would be useful. Thanks

And yeah mexican providers always lock their phone, from the moment u buy the cell phone it will be locked to the service provider from where u bought it.

Well, i'm asking where to get an unlocked cell phone cheap? (i dont know what model though, thinking bout it). If i could get it in here or where to get one, so I could buy it and then use it in my country with "pay-as-u-go" with a service provider.
