How do I switch on my GPRS?
My provider is Vodafone...

It needs to be enabled by your provider. Although you are with Vodafone, they use many different carriers in the UK, and I would imagine it is the same in Holland. Some of these don't support GPRS yet.
Give Vodafone a ring, and they will be able to tell you which carrier you are with, you will then have to ring them directly.
