> SMS delays on O2

Over the last week on O2 when I send SMS in the afternoons its been taking up to 6hrs+ to be received by people on other networks, but there SMS comes back to me within a few minutes. Any ideas ?
I have emailed O2 to see if they have a service problem !!!

Bloody right they take there time i sent my mate a message last friday and it got to him yesterday,so on that same night i sent a mms as i thought that would get there quicker,..it didn't :x it actually got there just after the sms i sent.
Don't know what o2 r playin at :x :x

Same problems here, except when ive sent an mms to my girlfriend and my sister theyve received it multiple times. In particular the 1 that i sent to my g/friend, shes been receiving it like 50+ times a day! I have rung o2 cust service and they reckon theres been some kind of tech problem over easter and engineers r looking in to it. Im getting on to billing today to check im not being charged every time.
